Czechoslovakia National Football Team
The Czechoslovakia National Football Team was the national football team representing Czechoslovakia from 1901 until the country's split in 1993. The team was known for its strong performances in international competitions, including reaching the finals of the FIFA World Cup in 1934 and 1962, where they finished as runners-up and champions, respectively.
Czechoslovakia also had success in the UEFA European Championship, winning the tournament in 1976. The team produced many talented players, such as Pele and Josef Masopust, who contributed to its rich footballing history. After the split, the team was succeeded by the national teams of Czech Republic and Slovakia.
