Crown Laurel
Crown Laurel, also known as Laurus nobilis, is an evergreen tree or large shrub native to the Mediterranean region. It is characterized by its glossy, dark green leaves and can grow up to 20 meters tall. The leaves are often used in cooking for their aromatic flavor and are a key ingredient in many Mediterranean dishes.
Historically, the Crown Laurel has been associated with victory and honor. In ancient times, Greek and Roman victors were crowned with laurel wreaths, symbolizing achievement and status. Today, the leaves are still used in culinary practices and as a decorative element in gardens.
