Counties of Sweden
Sweden is divided into 21 administrative regions known as counties. Each county has its own local government and is responsible for various public services, including education and healthcare. The counties vary in size and population, with Stockholm County being the most populous.
The counties are further grouped into three regions: Norrland in the north, Svealand in the central part, and Götaland in the south. Each region has distinct geographical features and cultural characteristics, contributing to Sweden's diverse landscape and heritage.
