Cotton Farming
Cotton farming involves the cultivation of the cotton plant, which produces fluffy fibers used to make textiles. Farmers typically plant cotton seeds in warm, sunny climates, where the plants can grow well. The cotton plants require careful management, including watering, pest control, and fertilization, to ensure a healthy crop.
Once the cotton bolls mature, they are harvested, usually by machines in large-scale operations. The harvested cotton is then ginned to separate the fibers from the seeds. The fibers are processed and spun into yarn, which is used in various products, including clothing and home textiles.
