Conker Tree
The Conker Tree, also known as the horse chestnut tree, is a large deciduous tree native to the Balkans but widely planted in many parts of Europe and North America. It can grow up to 30 meters tall and is known for its distinctive palmate leaves and large, spiky seed cases that contain shiny brown seeds called conkers.
In autumn, the tree produces beautiful white or pink flowers that attract pollinators like bees. The seeds, or conkers, are often collected by children for games, particularly in the traditional game of conker, where players try to break each other's conkers using their own.
