Chinkara
The Chinkara, also known as the Indian gazelle, is a small, graceful antelope found primarily in the arid regions of India and Pakistan. It has a slender body, long legs, and a distinctive light brown coat with white underparts. Chinkaras are well-adapted to their dry habitats, often seen grazing on grasses and shrubs.
Chinkaras are known for their speed and agility, capable of running at high speeds to escape predators. They are social animals, typically found in small groups, and are most active during the early morning and late afternoon. Conservation efforts are in place to protect their habitats from human encroachment and poaching.
