Chinese States
The term "Chinese States" refers to the various political entities that existed in what is now modern-day China throughout its long history. These states emerged during different dynastic periods, such as the Shang, Zhou, and Qin dynasties, each contributing to the development of Chinese culture, governance, and society.
During the Warring States period (475-221 BCE), several powerful states competed for dominance, leading to significant military and philosophical advancements. This era ultimately culminated in the unification of China under the Qin Dynasty, which established a centralized government and laid the foundation for future dynasties.
