Chimay Brewery
Chimay Brewery, officially known as Bières de Chimay, is a Belgian brewery founded in 1862 by Trappist monks at the Chimay Abbey. It is one of the few breweries allowed to use the Trappist label, which signifies that the beer is brewed within the walls of a Trappist monastery under the supervision of monks.
