Chicken Eggs
Chicken eggs are oval-shaped reproductive structures produced by female chickens, known as hens. They are a common food source around the world and are rich in protein, vitamins, and minerals. The eggshell can vary in color, typically white or brown, depending on the breed of the chicken.
Inside the shell, chicken eggs contain a protective membrane, egg white (albumen), and yolk. The yolk is the nutrient-rich part that provides energy for a developing embryo. Chicken eggs can be cooked in various ways, including boiling, frying, and baking, making them a versatile ingredient in many dishes.
