Cheese Manufacturing
Cheese manufacturing involves the process of converting milk into cheese through several steps. First, milk is collected and pasteurized to eliminate harmful bacteria. Then, cultures and rennet are added to curdle the milk, forming curds and whey. The curds are cut, cooked, and drained to remove excess whey, and then they are pressed into molds.
After the curds are shaped, they undergo aging, which enhances flavor and texture. Different types of cheese, such as cheddar, mozzarella, and brie, are produced by varying the ingredients and aging processes. The final product is packaged and distributed for consumption.
