Carlos III of Spain
Carlos III of Spain, born on January 20, 1716, was the King of Spain from 1759 until his death in 1788. He was a member of the Bourbon dynasty and is often credited with modernizing Spain through various reforms in administration, economy, and culture. His reign is marked by efforts to improve infrastructure and promote agriculture, as well as the establishment of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts.
