Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions
Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) is a global movement that aims to pressure Israel to comply with international law and respect Palestinian rights. It encourages individuals and organizations to boycott Israeli products, divest from companies that support Israel, and advocate for sanctions against the Israeli government.
The BDS movement emerged in 2005, supported by over 170 Palestinian organizations. It seeks to address issues such as the occupation of Palestinian territories and the treatment of Palestinian people, drawing attention to the ongoing conflict between Israel and Palestine.
