Bohemond III of Antioch
Bohemond III of Antioch was a medieval nobleman who ruled as the Prince of Antioch from 1163 until his death in 1201. He was the son of Bohemond II of Antioch and Alice of Antioch, and he inherited the principality during a time of political instability. His reign was marked by conflicts with neighboring states and internal struggles within the Crusader states.
During his rule, Bohemond III faced challenges from the Muslim forces in the region, particularly from the Zengid dynasty. He also dealt with issues related to the governance of Antioch and the relationships with other Crusader leaders. His leadership contributed to the complex history of the Crusades in the Levant.
