Blanche I of Navarre
Blanche I of Navarre was born in 1331 and became the Queen of Navarre in 1349. She was the daughter of Philip VI of France and Joan II of Navarre. Her marriage to James IV of Aragon helped strengthen ties between the two kingdoms.
Blanche's reign was marked by political challenges, including conflicts with the Crown of Castile. She was known for her efforts to maintain the independence of Navarre. Blanche I died in 1398, and her legacy continued through her descendants, influencing the region's history.
