Baby Kiwifruit
Baby Kiwifruit, also known as hardy kiwifruit or baby kiwi, is a small, edible fruit that resembles a miniature version of the traditional kiwifruit. Typically about the size of a grape, it has smooth, edible skin and a sweet, tangy flavor. This fruit is rich in vitamins C and E, fiber, and antioxidants, making it a nutritious snack.
Unlike its larger counterpart, baby kiwifruit can be eaten whole without peeling. It grows on vines and is often cultivated in temperate regions. The fruit is usually harvested in late summer to early fall and can be enjoyed fresh, in salads, or as a dessert topping.
