Baati
Baati is a traditional Indian bread, primarily associated with the cuisine of the state of Rajasthan. It is made from whole wheat flour, which is kneaded into a dough and shaped into round balls. The dough is then baked in a clay oven, known as a chulha, until it becomes golden brown and crispy on the outside while remaining soft inside.
Baati is often served with dal, a lentil dish, and is typically enjoyed with ghee (clarified butter) and various chutneys. This hearty bread is a staple in Rajasthani meals and is celebrated for its rustic flavor and texture, making it a favorite among locals and visitors alike.
