Archers of Loaf
Archers of Loaf is an American indie rock band formed in 1991 in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. The group consists of members Eric Bachmann, Matt Gentling, and Mark Price, known for their energetic sound and distinctive blend of alternative rock and post-hardcore influences. They gained popularity in the 1990s with their albums, including "Icky Mettle" and "Vee Vee."
The band is recognized for their raw, guitar-driven music and introspective lyrics. After disbanding in 1998, Archers of Loaf reunited in 2011, continuing to perform and release new material, solidifying their legacy in the indie rock scene.
