Anarcho-Syndicalism
Anarcho-syndicalism is a political philosophy that combines anarchism and syndicalism, advocating for direct worker control of the means of production. It emphasizes the importance of labor unions, or syndicates, as the primary vehicle for social change, aiming to abolish the state and capitalism in favor of a decentralized, self-managed society.
In an anarcho-syndicalist system, workers would organize themselves into federations of unions, making decisions collectively through direct democracy. This approach seeks to empower individuals and communities, promoting solidarity and cooperation while eliminating hierarchies and oppressive structures, ultimately striving for a more equitable and just society.
