메블라나, also known as Rumi, was a 13th-century Persian poet, Islamic scholar, and Sufi mystic. He is best known for his profound spiritual poetry that explores themes of love, unity, and the divine. His works have transcended cultural and religious boundaries, making him one of the most celebrated poets in history.
Born in Balkh, present-day Afghanistan, 메블라나 later settled in Konya, Turkey, where he founded the Mevlevi Order, also known as the Whirling Dervishes. His teachings emphasize the importance of love and the pursuit of spiritual enlightenment, influencing countless individuals and inspiring various art forms around the world.
