sprint events
Sprint events are key components of the Scrum framework, which is used in Agile project management. These events help teams plan, execute, and review their work in short, focused periods called sprints, typically lasting two to four weeks. Each sprint begins with a Sprint Planning meeting, where the team decides what work to complete.
At the end of each sprint, teams hold a Sprint Review to demonstrate their completed work and gather feedback. This is followed by a Sprint Retrospective, where team members discuss what went well and what could be improved for future sprints, fostering continuous improvement.
