shuttle run test
The shuttle run test is a physical fitness assessment that measures a person's speed and agility. Participants run back and forth between two markers set 20 meters apart, aiming to complete as many laps as possible within a specified time. The test is often used in schools and sports programs to evaluate cardiovascular fitness and overall athletic performance.
During the test, participants start at one marker and sprint to the other, touching the ground at each end before turning around. The pace increases after a set number of laps, challenging the runner to maintain speed and endurance throughout the test.
