honey production
Honey production begins with bees collecting nectar from flowers. The nectar is stored in their stomachs, where enzymes break it down into simpler sugars. Once back at the hive, the bees regurgitate the nectar and pass it to other worker bees, who further process it. This mixture is then spread throughout the honeycomb and fanned with their wings to evaporate excess moisture, resulting in honey.
After the honey is fully ripened, beekeepers harvest it by removing the honeycomb frames from the hive. The honey is extracted using a centrifuge or by crushing the comb. Finally, it is filtered and bottled for consumption.
