Yugoslav national team
The Yugoslav national team was the national football team representing the former Yugoslavia. It was active from 1921 until the country's dissolution in the early 1990s. The team participated in several international tournaments, including the FIFA World Cup and the UEFA European Championship, achieving notable success and producing many talented players.
Throughout its history, the team was known for its skilled and creative style of play. Notable players included Dragan Džajić, Zvonimir Boban, and Dejan Savićević. After the breakup of Yugoslavia, several successor states formed their own national teams, such as Croatia, Serbia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
