Wrongful Termination
Wrongful termination occurs when an employee is fired from their job in violation of legal protections or contractual agreements. This can include dismissals based on discrimination related to race, gender, age, or disability, as well as retaliation for reporting illegal activities or participating in protected activities.
Employees may also claim wrongful termination if they are let go in breach of an employment contract, such as being fired without proper notice. In such cases, the affected employee may seek legal recourse to address the unfair treatment and potentially recover damages.
