Wróbel
"Wróbel" is the Polish word for "sparrow," a small bird commonly found in urban and rural areas. Sparrows are known for their short, stout bodies, brown and gray feathers, and cheerful chirping. They are social birds that often gather in flocks and are frequently seen foraging for seeds and insects.
In Poland, the house sparrow (Passer domesticus) is the most common species. These birds are adaptable and thrive in various environments, including gardens, parks, and city streets. Sparrows play an important role in the ecosystem by helping to control insect populations and dispersing seeds.
