Wheel of Emotions
The "Wheel of Emotions" is a visual tool that categorizes and illustrates a range of human emotions. Developed by psychologist Robert Plutchik, it presents eight primary emotions—joy, trust, fear, surprise, sadness, disgust, anger, and anticipation—arranged in a circular format. Each primary emotion can blend with others to create more complex feelings, helping individuals better understand their emotional experiences.
This model aids in emotional literacy by providing a framework for identifying and expressing feelings. By using the wheel, people can enhance their communication skills and improve their emotional intelligence, fostering better relationships and self-awareness in various situations.
