Wenceslaus IV
Wenceslaus IV was a King of Bohemia and a Holy Roman Emperor, born in 1361. He was the son of Charles IV, a prominent Holy Roman Emperor, and he ascended to the throne in 1378. Wenceslaus's reign was marked by political instability and conflicts with the nobility, which weakened his authority.
Despite his royal title, Wenceslaus struggled to maintain control over his kingdom. His reign saw the rise of the Hussite movement, which challenged the Catholic Church's practices. Wenceslaus was eventually deposed in 1400, and he spent his later years in relative obscurity until his death in 1419.
