Wang Jingwei
Wang Jingwei was a Chinese politician and leader of the Chinese Nationalist Party (Kuomintang) during the early 20th century. Born in 1883, he initially supported Sun Yat-sen and played a significant role in the revolution that overthrew the Qing Dynasty.
Later, during the Second Sino-Japanese War, Wang became a controversial figure by collaborating with the Japanese government. He headed a puppet government in occupied China from 1940 until his death in 1944, which led to his reputation as a traitor among many Chinese people.
