Wandoo trees
Wandoo trees, scientifically known as Eucalyptus wandoo, are native to southwestern Australia. They are part of the Myrtaceae family and are characterized by their tall, straight trunks and smooth, white bark. Wandoo trees can grow up to 40 meters in height and are known for their resilience to drought and fire.
These trees produce small, white flowers that attract various pollinators, including bees. The leaves of the Wandoo tree are rich in oil, which has been used traditionally for medicinal purposes. Wandoo wood is also valued for its durability and is often used in construction and furniture making.
