WWOOFers
WWOOFers are volunteers who participate in the WWOOF (World Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms) program. They work on organic farms in exchange for food, accommodation, and hands-on experience in sustainable agriculture. This arrangement allows them to learn about farming practices while helping farmers with various tasks.
The program connects farmers and volunteers globally, promoting cultural exchange and environmental awareness. WWOOFers typically stay for a few weeks to several months, depending on the farm's needs and their availability. This experience not only benefits the farms but also enriches the volunteers' understanding of organic farming and rural life.
