The Voyager Program consists of two spacecraft, Voyager 1 and Voyager 2, launched by NASA in 1977. Their primary mission was to explore the outer planets of our solar system, including Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune. Both spacecraft provided valuable data and stunning images, significantly enhancing our understanding of these distant worlds.
After completing their primary missions, the Voyager spacecraft continued to travel into interstellar space. They are now part of the Interstellar Mission, studying cosmic rays and the heliosphere's boundary. Voyager 1 is the farthest human-made object from Earth, while Voyager 2 remains the only spacecraft to have visited all four giant planets.
