Volcanic Features
Volcanic features are geological formations created by volcanic activity. These include volcanoes, which are mountains formed by the accumulation of lava and ash. Other features include craters, the bowl-shaped depressions at the summit of a volcano, and calderas, large depressions formed when a volcano erupts and collapses.
Additionally, lava flows are streams of molten rock that emerge during an eruption, while pumice and scoria are types of volcanic rock formed from cooled lava. Fumaroles are openings in the Earth's crust that emit steam and gases, showcasing the ongoing geothermal activity associated with volcanoes.
