Ustrasana
Ustrasana, or Camel Pose, is a backbending yoga posture that stretches the front of the body while strengthening the back. Practitioners kneel on the mat, arching their spine backward and reaching for their heels with their hands. This pose opens the chest and improves flexibility in the spine.
In addition to enhancing physical flexibility, Ustrasana can also help alleviate stress and anxiety. It stimulates the abdominal organs, promoting better digestion. Regular practice of this pose can lead to improved posture and increased lung capacity, making it beneficial for overall well-being.
