Camel Pose
Camel Pose, or Ustrasana, is a backbending yoga posture that stretches the entire front of the body while strengthening the back. To perform this pose, kneel on the mat with your knees hip-width apart. As you inhale, lift your chest and arch your back, reaching for your heels with your hands. Keep your neck neutral or gently let your head fall back.
