Udawalawe
Udawalawe is a national park located in the southern part of Sri Lanka. Established in 1972, it covers an area of approximately 30,821 hectares. The park is known for its diverse wildlife, including large populations of Asian elephants, which can often be seen roaming freely in their natural habitat.
The landscape of Udawalawe features open grasslands, scrub forests, and a reservoir, making it an ideal environment for various species.
