USS McCulloch (DD-216)
The USS McCulloch (DD-216) was a Clemson-class destroyer of the United States Navy, launched on 19 December 1918. She was named after the American naval officer George McCulloch and was commissioned on 24 June 1920. The ship served primarily in the Pacific Fleet and participated in various training exercises and operations during her service.
During World War II, the USS McCulloch was involved in escort duties and anti-submarine warfare. She was decommissioned on 1 June 1945 and later sold for scrap in 1947. The ship played a significant role in naval operations during her active years, contributing to the U.S. Navy's capabilities.
