Tropical Region
The Tropical Region is characterized by a warm climate, with temperatures typically ranging from 20°C to 30°C (68°F to 86°F) throughout the year. This region is located near the equator and includes areas such as the Amazon Rainforest, Southeast Asia, and parts of Africa. The consistent warmth and abundant rainfall support diverse ecosystems and rich biodiversity.
In the Tropical Region, there are two main seasons: the wet season and the dry season. The wet season brings heavy rainfall, while the dry season has less precipitation. This climate supports various habitats, including tropical rainforests, savannas, and mangroves, which are home to numerous plant and animal species.
