Toyotomi Hideyori
Toyotomi Hideyori was a prominent Japanese daimyo during the late 16th and early 17th centuries. He was the son of Toyotomi Hideyoshi, a powerful unifier of Japan. After his father's death in 1598, Hideyori became the head of the Toyotomi clan, but he was only a child at the time.
As he grew older, Hideyori faced challenges from rival clans, particularly the Tokugawa shogunate. The conflict culminated in the Siege of Osaka (1614-1615), where Hideyori's forces were defeated. This marked the end of the Toyotomi clan's power and solidified the Tokugawa's control over Japan.
