Tiberius Claudius Nero
Tiberius Claudius Nero, commonly known as Tiberius, was the second Roman Emperor, ruling from AD 14 to AD 37. He was born on November 16, 42 BC, and was the stepson of Augustus, the first Roman Emperor. Tiberius was known for his military achievements and administrative reforms, which helped stabilize the Roman Empire during his reign.
Despite his successes, Tiberius's rule became increasingly unpopular due to his reclusive nature and harsh policies. He spent much of his later years on the island of Capri, where he was rumored to engage in debauchery. His legacy is often viewed as a mix of effective governance and tyrannical behavior.
