Thomas Howard, 4th Earl of Suffolk (1586–1640), was an English nobleman and politician. He was the son of Thomas Howard, 3rd Earl of Suffolk and Catherine Knyvet. He served as a Member of Parliament and held various positions in the royal court, including Lord Chamberlain. Suffolk was known for his involvement in the political affairs of his time, particularly during the reign of King James I.
