Teti
Teti was an ancient Egyptian pharaoh who ruled during the Sixth Dynasty of the Old Kingdom, around 2323 to 2291 BCE. He is known for his pyramid at Saqqara, which is part of a larger complex that includes the pyramids of other pharaohs. Teti's reign is marked by the continuation of the pyramid-building tradition and the development of the royal tombs.
Teti is often associated with the Osiris cult, which was significant in ancient Egyptian religion. His tomb contains inscriptions that reflect the beliefs and practices of the time, including spells intended to assist him in the afterlife. Teti's legacy is part of the rich history of ancient Egypt.
