Taurotragus
Taurotragus is a genus of large antelopes commonly known as the bushbucks. They are native to the forests and savannas of Africa, where they inhabit a variety of environments. These animals are characterized by their robust bodies, long legs, and distinctive spiral horns, which are present in males.
There are two main species within the Taurotragus genus: the greater kudu and the lesser kudu. Both species are known for their striking appearance, with the greater kudu being larger and having more pronounced horns. They are herbivorous and primarily feed on leaves, shoots, and fruits found in their habitats.
