Türk kahvesi
Türk kahvesi is a traditional coffee preparation method originating from Turkey. It is made by finely grinding coffee beans and boiling them with water and sugar in a special pot called a cezve. The coffee is served unfiltered, allowing the grounds to settle at the bottom of the cup.
This unique brewing technique results in a strong, rich flavor and a thick consistency. Türk kahvesi is often enjoyed with a glass of water and sometimes accompanied by sweets. It holds cultural significance in Turkish society and is recognized by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage.
