Supreme Arbitration Court of Russia
The Supreme Arbitration Court of Russia was the highest judicial authority for commercial disputes in Russia. Established in 1991, it handled cases related to business, trade, and economic activities, ensuring the enforcement of laws and regulations in these areas.
In 2014, the court was dissolved and its functions were transferred to the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation. This change aimed to streamline the judicial system and improve the efficiency of handling commercial cases, integrating arbitration matters into the broader judicial framework of the country.
