Sprint Reviews
A Sprint Review is a key event in the Scrum framework, held at the end of a Sprint. During this meeting, the Scrum Team presents the work completed during the Sprint to stakeholders. The goal is to gather feedback and assess progress toward the Product Goal.
Participants discuss what was accomplished, demonstrate the completed features, and review any challenges faced. This collaborative session helps ensure that the project aligns with stakeholder expectations and allows for adjustments in future Sprints based on the feedback received.
