Spanish Armed Forces
The Spanish Armed Forces consist of three main branches: the Spanish Army, the Spanish Navy, and the Spanish Air Force. They are responsible for defending Spain's sovereignty and territorial integrity, as well as participating in international missions and humanitarian efforts. The forces are under the command of the Minister of Defense and are supported by various specialized units.
The Spanish Armed Forces have a long history, dating back to the 15th century. Today, they are a professional military force, with a focus on modernizing equipment and enhancing capabilities. Spain is also a member of NATO, contributing to collective security and participating in joint operations with allied nations.
