Sindar
The Sindar, also known as the Grey Elves, are a group of Elves in J.R.R. Tolkien's legendarium. They primarily inhabit the region of Beleriand during the First Age. The Sindar are known for their deep connection to nature and their skill in music and craftsmanship. They speak the Sindarin language, which is a significant part of Elvish culture.
The Sindar are led by Thingol, the King of Doriath, and his queen, Melian. They play a crucial role in the events of the First Age, particularly in the tales of the Silmarillion. Their interactions with other races, such as Men and Dwarves, shape the history of Middle-earth.
