Shakra (Energy)
Shakra, often spelled as "chakra," refers to energy centers in the body according to various spiritual and healing traditions, particularly in Hinduism and Buddhism. These centers are believed to correspond to different physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of a person. There are seven main chakras, each located along the spine, starting from the base and moving to the crown of the head.
Each chakra is associated with specific qualities and colors. For example, the root chakra at the base of the spine is linked to survival and stability, while the crown chakra at the top of the head represents spiritual connection. Balancing these energy centers is thought to promote overall well-being.
