Sensory Information
Sensory information refers to the data our senses collect from the environment. This includes inputs from our five primary senses: sight, hearing, taste, smell, and touch. Each sense captures specific details, such as colors and shapes for sight, or sounds and pitches for hearing, allowing us to perceive and interact with the world around us.
The brain processes this sensory information to help us understand our surroundings and make decisions. For example, when we see a red apple, our eyes detect its color and shape, while our brain interprets this information, enabling us to recognize it as food and decide whether to eat it.
