Self-Cleaning Oven
A self-cleaning oven is a kitchen appliance designed to clean itself using high temperatures. During the self-cleaning cycle, the oven heats up to around 900°F (482°C), turning food residue and grease into ash. This process makes it easy to wipe away the remnants with a damp cloth after the cycle is complete.
There are typically two methods for self-cleaning: pyrolytic and steam cleaning. Pyrolytic cleaning involves the high-temperature method, while steam cleaning uses water to create steam that loosens grime. Both methods save time and effort compared to traditional manual cleaning.
